Father God, thank You for gathering us here to worship You together. You saved us, blessed us, and called us Your children. Thank You, Father.

Father we thank You for sending us Your one and the only Son, Jesus, to save us from sin. Before we were under the influence of sin but now we are saved and living as Your children. That's all by Your grace, thank You. We believe in Jesus, only in Jesus and nothing else. We confess there is no other way to come to our heavenly Father, only through Jesus we can come to You. We believe that our salvation doesn't depend on our personality, our good deeds, our ability, and any other things but it is given by You freely and we pay nothing for it, we just have to believe that Jesus paid for our sins. We praise and worship You for Your grace and mercy.

Father I pray for my country seriously. Nowadays my country South Korea faces crises of liberty, equality, and fraternity. Mass media are already under the control of the government, and the major newspapers are extremely biased. People have no choice to listen to other voices from them. The rights to know and to talk and to communicate are being threatened. This government doesn't want to communicate to the people, but just want to rule over by force. More and more, we are losing our chance to speak out for our rights, like in the cases of Yongsan and Korail. Even the constitutional court is biased to say the media law is valid which was passed not by following the right process. This government doesn't care about the poor and the weak, and they only care about the policy for the rich. And the 4 rivers project which is full of risks for the environment and the economy, is going on for making issue and keeping their political power in spite of reducing the budgets for the poor. Father so I pray for my country. I pray for the basic human rights, equality, and freedom. I pray for the democracy of this country. Father, remember my country and pour Your grace to it. Your justice, love, and grace may rule over this country.

Father I also pray for North Korea. The people in North Korea are lack of food and even die of hunger. Please send them food. And God change the country and give the people power to support themselves. The people are also lack of freedom and human rights. Father only Your love and grace can help them. Bless North Korea.

We pray for the today's sermon. bless pastor Chung and be with him when he delivers Your message. Touch our minds by Your words, and change our lives more like Jesus day by day.

Father we love You.
We pray in Jesus name, Amen.
